When she first interviewed at Verus, “I had this incredible peace that this is where I was supposed to be,” Julie Waitman says. She's been with the firm since that day in 1998 after starting her career in the fast-paced environment of a trading-room floor. For Julie, culture is the most important aspect of life at Verus.
